Nancy Street

Nancy is well qualified with 20 years of exercise experience. She has a BS in Education from Millersville University and a MBA from the University of Delaware.

Her interests are in fitness, functional strength, and life style coaching. She believes that our lifestyle pre-determines our exercise results. A healthy diet and adequate rest are important components of any fitness program. A successful fitness program starts off by setting realistic short and long term goals.
